As the owner of Michael’s Meats, Rob Bozek often hears the same question: “Who’s Michael?” Here’s the story...

It all began in 1972, when Rob’s father opened Boulevard Meats on Armistice Boulevard in Pawtucket. In 1984, Rob’s brother Michael took over the business and renamed it Michael’s Boulevard Meats. Just four years later, the family expanded with a second location in Cumberland and adopted the name many locals know and love today—Michael’s Meats.

After Michael’s sudden passing in 2008, his name and legacy continued to live on through the family’s dedication to quality, service, and community. Today, Michael’s Meats remains a proud family-run business with deep roots and a strong commitment to excellence.
